Great Support -- fast response via email (over New Years', Y2K no less)

Great Support via email. Offers true telnet and ftp (no hokey web-based uploads). My servlets worked correctly the first time on upload. No tweaking. .htaccess support on request. Overall, I've been quite impressed with wantjava.com thus far.

They do a great job with Servlets.com

wantJava! is the hosting company I use to manage Servlets.com. Their features and support have always been top notch. I highly recommend them!

I've had problems with several companies because of this economic downturn we're in. It's nice to know WantJava has continued to provide great service over this past year, almost as if they haven't been affected. Huh, what's your secret guys? Thanks.

Great support, and quick turnaround times

The team at WantJava are very helpful with extremely quick turnaround times if you have a problem (always a good thing). I'd put the performance and support up there with managed-dedicated solutions.

Not as good as they once were

I hosted Servlets.com at wantJava for years with nary a complaint. Lately though I've had trouble with both their tech support (leaving me in the dark about what they were doing, installing a firewall that blocked even DNS lookups) and billing system (double billing me, charging for things not on the original quote). While they're still good, and have some amazing people, I've moved Servlets.com to Kattare.

Going way downhill

I've been with these guys for 4 years now. Recently I wanted access to tomcat-users.xml and, after 4 months of trying, still don't have a working test site. Now they've just given up answering my mails. Sorry, but the support just isn't working.
